Gold Park is a recreational green space at the heart of the village of Mundesley, on the North Norfolk coast.
The land was donated to the people of Mundesley by Mrs Ruby Gold and it is administered by a Trust - "Gold Park, Mundesley" charity.
The park contains a large open grass space, a pavilion with basic facilities, and a children's playground. There are 2 goal posts for 5 aside football matches.
Village events are often held on the grounds, including an open air cinema, car boot sale, a dog show, vintage car rally & Mundesley Volunteer Inshore Rescue "Boat Day".
The Trust welcomes the hiring of the park for events that villagers and tourists may enjoy.
In the summer part of the park is set aside as an overflow car park for visitors. The monies raised from the car parking, which is managed by North Norfolk District Council, are put towards the running of Gold Park and is the principal source of income. This funds improvements, repairs, administration costs, grounds maintenance etc.
Dogs are allowed on the park, but owners are requested to maintain them on a lead at all times.
